Welcome to ETCC 101: The Last Line of Defense Before Chaos.
In this class, we play bouncer (maybe crossing guard?) for incoming orders. Every order wants in — not every order should get in. Using ETCC, we double-check the essentials:
- Are the prices actually correct, or did someone accidentally order a $3,000 stapler? - Are the products real and sensible, or did the system just invent a new item? - Does the address exist, or are we shipping to a cornfield?
You’ll learn how to review, question, and politely distrust everything that arrives. When something looks right, you approve it with confidence. When it doesn’t, you reject it like a seasoned professional (and maybe save the company from a very awkward phone call). By the end, you’ll be fluent in spotting problems before they become problems — because the best customer issue is the one that never ships.
