Monday May 18, 2026 9:00am - 12:00pm CDT
Join your peers in the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Network Group for a practical, high-energy session designed to help distributors share ideas, compare approaches, and walk away with strategies you can actually put to work.
This year’s session features more roundtable discussion time than ever before, a member showcase packed with real-world examples, and dedicated open networking to close out the morning.

Session Agenda

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Introductions, Network Update & Member Showcase

We’ll kick things off with quick introductions and a brief network update, including a high-level recap of key B2B eCommerce trends, learnings from 2025, and what lies ahead.
From there, we’ll move directly into the Member Showcase, where TUG members will share real features and functionality they have customized, what they changed, why they did it, and the results they have seen. Each presenter will share a short demo or walkthrough followed by Q&A.

Member Showcase Presenters:
  • Andrew Rentz, Chamberlain Oil Co., Inc. | AI-Powered Search: Rules, Logic, and Real Results
Gain an inside look at how Chamberlain Oil integrates AI search with real-world rules and logic to improve search results, speed up navigation, and deliver a better user experience.
  • Molly Williams, Digital Sales & IT Manager, Centro Solves | Turning Complex Products into Simple Choices
See how Centro Solves created a guided, configurator-like shopping experience for technical product lines without a dedicated configurator tool, with live examples and a look at the impact for both customers and vendors.
  • Jason Schoulte, IT Project Manager, Schimberg | Vendor Managed Inventory Through the eCommerce Mobile App
Find out how Schimberg eliminated paper-based processes and simplified its Vendor Managed Inventory service through its eCommerce mobile app.

10:15 AM – 11:30 AM | Roundtable Discussion

We are expanding what worked so well last year with an extended roundtable designed to maximize peer conversation, practical idea sharing, and open discussion around the challenges and opportunities shaping B2B eCommerce and digital marketing.
Small-group breakouts will explore what is actually moving the needle in eCommerce today, where manufacturers and distributors are still misaligned on product content, how customer expectations are changing, which KPIs truly matter, and how teams are proving the value of digital internally. Conversations may also cover AI use cases, personalization, friction in the digital customer journey, sales and eCommerce alignment, manufacturer-distributor partnerships, and digital marketing tactics that are no longer worth the effort.
Each group will have the opportunity to discuss real-world experiences, compare what is working versus not working, and share key takeaways back with the full group.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Wrap-Up & Open Networking
We’ll close with a group wrap-up to capture key takeaways from the morning, followed by open networking time to continue conversations and connect with fellow members.
