About me
With over 24 years of experience at SMC, I have built a strong foundation in purchasing and procurement operations. I currently serve as Co-Director of Procurement, where I help lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and overall performance within the department. SMC, with a legacy spanning more than 60 years, has recently undergone a significant transformation through the centralization of its procurement function. Over the past three years, our team has focused on streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement. In the past year, we have partnered with inventory management expert Grant Howard to further refine our systems and operational practices. We currently utilize CSD to support our procurement and inventory processes. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and family, as well as being outdoors. My personal interests include reading, journaling, photography, and cooking.
