Brian Lombardo is Vice President of Profitability and Productivity at Earnest & Associates. He’s spent over 30 years in distribution, working at the intersection of operations and technology to help companies improve profitability and productivity.
Brian spent 20 years with one of the largest bearing and power transmission distributors in North America, followed by six years at Infor, where he led strategy for their distribution solutions and several related edge products. Earlier in his career, he also worked directly with Texas A&M as an early adopter of Customer Stratification, where he saw first‑hand the impact that customer segmentation and strategic pricing can have on a distributor’s bottom line.
Today, Brian brings that real‑world experience to helping distributors apply those same principles through E&A’s ProSuite, turning data into practical, actionable profit improvement strategies.
