About me
Jeremiah Curtis is Director of Operations at Expertek Systems Inc., where he leads the professional services and support teams serving the Infor distribution community. With nearly 30 years in enterprise technology — including over two decades at Infor Global Solutions — Jeremiah brings a rare combination of deep ERP product knowledge, hands-on technical expertise, and firsthand understanding of the distribution industry to every engagement. He has served as the technical lead on more than 500 Infor CSD and SX.e implementation, upgrade, and migration projects for distributors of all sizes, consistently delivering on time and under budget.
During his 22 years at Infor, Jeremiah rose through the ranks from Senior Technical Consultant to CSD DevOps Team Lead. He served as the principal technical sales engineer for Infor CloudSuite Distribution and developed the company's System Administrator training curriculum. He also spent three years at Connectria as a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer, leading large-scale on-premises-to-AWS migrations and building CI/CD pipelines for organizations of all sizes.
At Expertek, Jeremiah has been at the forefront of bringing AI into distribution operations, architecting an AI-driven strategy that automated routine support tasks and professional services documentation — increasing his team's output by 23%. He holds an MBA, a B.S. in IT Management, and seven cloud and infrastructure certifications including AWS Solutions Architect – Professional and Terraform Associate. Jeremiah is fluent in English and Spanish, and at TUG Connects 2026 he'll be demonstrating how distribution businesses can put agentic AI and SMS-based ERP access to work in their operations today.
