Throughout my career, I've contributed significantly to organizations by documenting operational procedures and supporting the implementation of various systems, including Infor Cloudsuite Distribution ERP and Infor Birst. Currently, managing Dragon Pack Audit and active as Dragon Den Librarian at Agile Dragon Group, where I specialize in documenting and sharing Birst, (A little CSD) and Infor OS-related materials to empower customers to have the tools they need to do their job.
