About me
In August 2023 John joined the NSA team. With over thirty years of experience in the distribution and remanufacturing industry, he has a true understanding of the needs and connectivity challenges of all aspects of the sales and distribution business. John has learned about operational efficiency and customer service as he worked from entry level parts to General Manager, to ERP Manager.
His extensive experience in operations combined with his training in systems, and his drive for finding effective solutions, made him successful in leading his group of companies through their legacy SX.e Migration (2007, 2009 and 2010), an extreme upgrade (2018), and a migration to Cloudsuite Distribution (CSD) with Infor Service Management (ISM) in 2023.
John’s passion for learning and continuous improvement led him to participate in the user group (TUG) communities and conferences since 2008. A committed and vocal member of the group, he co-founded the Advanced Inventory Management Group (AIM), is the current Network leader for the Assembly and Service group and was voted “Network Leader of the Year” in 2020 and 2023.
