eCommerce Network Meeting
Monday May 18, 2026 9:00am - 12:00pm CDT
Join your peers in the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Network Group for a practical, high-energy session designed to help distributors share ideas, compare approaches, and walk away with strategies you can actually put to work.
This year’s session features more roundtable discussion time than ever before, a member showcase packed with real-world examples, and dedicated open networking to close out the morning.

Session Agenda

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Introductions, Network Update & Member Showcase

We’ll kick things off with quick introductions and a brief network update, including a high-level recap of key B2B eCommerce trends, learnings from 2025, and what lies ahead.
From there, we’ll move directly into the Member Showcase, where TUG members will share real features and functionality they have customized, what they changed, why they did it, and the results they have seen. Each presenter will share a short demo or walkthrough followed by Q&A.

Member Showcase Presenters:
  • Andrew Rentz, Chamberlain Oil Co., Inc. | AI-Powered Search: Rules, Logic, and Real Results
Gain an inside look at how Chamberlain Oil integrates AI search with real-world rules and logic to improve search results, speed up navigation, and deliver a better user experience.
  • Molly Williams, Digital Sales & IT Manager, Centro Solves | Turning Complex Products into Simple Choices
See how Centro Solves created a guided, configurator-like shopping experience for technical product lines without a dedicated configurator tool, with live examples and a look at the impact for both customers and vendors.
  • Jason Schoulte, IT Project Manager, Schimberg | Vendor Managed Inventory Through the eCommerce Mobile App
Find out how Schimberg eliminated paper-based processes and simplified its Vendor Managed Inventory service through its eCommerce mobile app.

10:15 AM – 11:30 AM | Roundtable Discussion

We are expanding what worked so well last year with an extended roundtable designed to maximize peer conversation, practical idea sharing, and open discussion around the challenges and opportunities shaping B2B eCommerce and digital marketing.
Small-group breakouts will explore what is actually moving the needle in eCommerce today, where manufacturers and distributors are still misaligned on product content, how customer expectations are changing, which KPIs truly matter, and how teams are proving the value of digital internally. Conversations may also cover AI use cases, personalization, friction in the digital customer journey, sales and eCommerce alignment, manufacturer-distributor partnerships, and digital marketing tactics that are no longer worth the effort.
Each group will have the opportunity to discuss real-world experiences, compare what is working versus not working, and share key takeaways back with the full group.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Wrap-Up & Open Networking
We’ll close with a group wrap-up to capture key takeaways from the morning, followed by open networking time to continue conversations and connect with fellow members.

(230) Self-Service Portals: What Customers Really Want to Do Online
Tuesday May 19, 2026 8:00am - 8:45am CDT
Today's customers expect more than just a contact form and an FAQ page — they want the power to manage their experience entirely on their own terms. This session explores the evolving landscape of customer self-service portals, diving into what users actually seek when they log in, what frustrates them when they can't find it, and what keeps them coming back.

We'll examine the gap between what organizations think customers want to do online and what the data and user behavior actually reveal. From checking account status and making payments to troubleshooting issues and updating preferences, attendees will gain a clearer picture of the tasks customers most want to complete independently — and how to design portals that make those tasks effortless.

Key takeaways will include actionable strategies for prioritizing features, reducing friction, and building trust through transparency and ease of use. Whether you're building a portal from scratch or optimizing an existing one, this session will help you align your digital self-service strategy with real customer expectations.

(524) EDI Enablement: Special Session for UniLink Customers & EDI Users
Tuesday May 19, 2026 9:15am - 9:45am CDT
If you are already an active EDI user in Infor CSD or SX.e or a current UniLink customer, this is your session. We've set aside this time specifically to hear from you — what's working, what you'd like to see, what problems you need to solve, and where your EDI program is headed next.

We'll spend time exploring EDI enablement opportunities that many of our customers haven't yet tapped — adding trading partners, expanding transaction sets, and identifying gaps in your current EDI footprint that may be leaving efficiency and revenue on the table. You’ll learn about new solutions that our customers have directly influenced and get practical ideas from your peers on getting more value from your EDI integration.

In keeping with this year's theme of Harmony, we've invited trusted Infor VAR partners to join us — because when your EDI integration and ERP environment are aligned, everything else runs smoother. Bring your questions, your challenges, and your ideas. Some of the best solutions in our community have come from customers talking to each other — and we want to create more of that here.

Who Should Attend: Current UniLink customers and any Infor CSD, CSDE or SX.e user actively managing EDI within their organization. Whether you've been an EDI user for one year or fifteen, there's an opportunity in this session for you.

(525) Get Paid in Full: How Purpose-Built EDI Eliminates Chargebacks for Infor Distributors
Tuesday May 19, 2026 1:15pm - 1:45pm CDT
How Infor CSD, CSDE & SX.e Users Are Protecting Margins with EDI
Every distributor knows the sting of an EDI chargeback - they are one of the most persistent margin challenges you may face. Pinpointing where data breaks down and closing that gap is what stops chargebacks, rejected shipments, and fulfillment delays at the source.

For years, UniLink has worked with Infor Distribution users, and we’ve seen the same failure patterns appear repeatedly across CSD and SX.e environments. In this session, we’ll talk through where these problems originate, why they are easy to miss, and what it takes to resolve them before they travel downstream and reach your trading partners.

We'll focus time on the ASN (EDI 856), the document responsible for more chargebacks and warehouse fulfillment issues than any other in distribution. We’ll show you how UniLink’s new solution cleans up complex or broken Advanced Ship Notices in CloudSuite and automatically turns them into accurate, carton-level shipment data.

This session is ideal for operations managers, warehouse and fulfillment leaders, IT directors, and finance professionals at companies running Infor CSD, CSDE or SX.e and who work with trading partners that require EDI compliance — especially those selling to or purchasing from big-box retailers, national distributors, or any partner with strict ASN requirements.

(528) The Best Just Got Better — Introducing the New AI-Enabled WebAccess
Tuesday May 19, 2026 1:15pm - 1:45pm CDT
For more than 26 years, MaxRecall has helped wholesale distributors bring order to document chaos—improving visibility, tightening processes, and reducing the hidden costs buried in manual workflows. That foundation hasn’t changed. What has changed is how far we can now take it.

We’ve redesigned WebAccess with a clear objective: make document-driven processes faster, more accurate, and easier to manage—without adding complexity to your operation. This is not a feature release. It’s a step forward in how documents are captured, understood, and put to work across your business.

You’ll hear plenty about AI in today’s market. We’ve taken a different approach. Instead of chasing hype, we’ve applied AI where it delivers measurable impact—reducing manual indexing, improving data accuracy, and keeping workflows moving without interruption. The result is a system that works the way your team already operates, only faster and with far less effort.

What Makes the New WebAccess Different
  • Streamlined Document Capture & Indexing: Reduce manual entry with intelligent data extraction that improves speed and consistency.
  • Batch Processing with Full Visibility: Process high volumes of documents while maintaining real-time insight into status and exceptions.
  • Seamless ERP Integration: Move data from documents directly into your ERP, eliminating rekeying and reducing errors.
  • Simplified User Experience: A redesigned interface built for clarity and efficiency—so your team can get up to speed quickly and stay productive.
  • Built to Scale with Your Operation: Handle growing document volumes without increasing headcount or operational strain.
See It in Action

In this live demo session, you’ll get a firsthand look at how the new AI-enabled WebAccess platform performs in real-world scenarios. We’ll walk through the workflows, highlight where time is saved, and show how documents move cleanly through your organization—from capture to completion.

If you’re an existing MaxRecall customer, this is your opportunity to see how the platform has evolved—and how to unlock more value from your current investment. If you’re evaluating document management solutions, you’ll quickly understand what a proven, production-ready system should deliver.

The best just got better.

Join us for the demo and see how the new WebAccess can move your document processes—and your business—forward.

(553) Easier PO Management in CSD with SourceDay
Tuesday May 19, 2026 1:15pm - 1:45pm CDT
Volatility has become a permanent challenge for distributors running CloudSuite Distribution. In this session, Clint McRee, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at SourceDay, will show how SourceDay–Infor's only certified supplier portal for CSD–modernizes supplier collaboration to keep PO data accurate and up to date. Learn why manual PO processes and email-based communication fail, and how distributors use SourceDay to prevent inventory shortages, improve on-time delivery, reduce safety stock and protect margins in an unpredictable world.

Attendees will learn how Infor CloudSuite Distribution customers use SourceDay—the only Infor-certified supplier portal for CSD—to:

1) Detect inbound supply risks earlier, before they impact production
2) Improve supplier confirmations on price, quantity, and due dates
3) Increase on-time delivery and material availability despite ongoing disruption
4) Reduce chaos and inefficiency caused by inaccurate PO data

This session is designed for CSD users looking to strengthen inbound supply, protect operational performance, and build resilience without overburdening their teams.

Tuesday May 19, 2026 2:00pm - 2:45pm CDT
Join Best Practices Inventory Management expert Grant Howard of the Grant W. Howard Company for this 2-part company-changing session on how to maximize your company’s inventory investment impact and ROI, customer fill rate and experience, and gross margin and bottom-line profitability. Best Practices inventory management plays a critical factor in the success of increased revenue, profits and customer experience. Distributors must balance the objectives of top and bottom-line growth with the objectives of customer service and company longevity. Now more than ever distributors must understand the difference between buying and selling inventory versus managing inventory for growth, profit and customer experience.

Many distributors struggle with how to properly manage inventory, what the objectives are and how it all must come together to drive stellar customer experience and maximize bottom line. Many distributors forget that INVENTORY is the reason for their being. Grant will discuss the objectives, the tools and the key processes that allow a distributor to offer stellar customer service while realizing improved returns and increased turns on their inventory investment. Fill Rates, Turns, Freight, Transactional Cost, Surplus and Measurement will be discussed. Big picture – better profits, better service, better company!

Whether your company is getting ready to implement an inventory management process, it already has a solid inventory management process established, or is somewhere in between; you will want to understand and implement these powerful inventory management objectives and concepts. Don't miss this high impact, fast-moving opportunity to take your company's inventory management process to a new level. This session is nonsystem specific; no matter what system you are using, you will want to attend this session.

Grant Howard is a distribution industry expert and authority on “Best Practices” inventory management, operational excellence and smart technology utilization. He is well known for his ability to take real world problems and issues and turn them into opportunities; applying real world solutions that work and drive results. (403) Real Results from Real Data: How Central Pro Supply Grows with Phocas
Tuesday May 19, 2026 2:00pm - 2:45pm CDT
Holly Horner from Central Pro Supply shares the measurable impact Phocas has had across her distribution business — from recovering missed rebate dollars and improving margin visibility, to elevating sales performance and identifying entirely new revenue categories. Along the way, she'll share how Phocas helped transform Central Pro Supply into a data-driven organization where every department speaks the same language.

When Central Pro implemented Phocas Rebates, they quickly discovered they had never reached their second rebate band with a key vendor — and used that visibility to renegotiate better terms. They also began shifting purchasing between manufacturers based on rebate positioning, turning what used to be a passive annual check into an active margin strategy.

On the sales side, reps now walk into customer meetings armed with buying history and insights from Phocas, acting as trusted advisors rather than order-takers. One rep independently used Phocas to identify his best late-season ice melt customers and built a proactive outreach plan entirely on his own.

The impact goes beyond day-to-day performance. By spotting an emerging pattern in their sales data, Central Pro made the strategic decision to hire a dedicated drainage team — opening up an entirely new revenue stream that simply wouldn't have been visible without Phocas.

(401) How Companies on CSD Are Getting More From What They Already Own | A Back to Birst Session
Tuesday May 19, 2026 3:30pm - 4:15pm CDT
All Infor CSD customers have Birst. Not all of them are using it to its potential. Since Dragon Pack launched in 2023, Agile Dragon Group has worked with distributors across the country to turn their standard Birst license into a genuine platform for operational and financial change — without new software, without data leaving their Infor environment, and without the implementation risk that comes with bolting on a third-party tool.

In this session, ADG will walk through how customers across distribution verticals have used Dragon Pack to solve problems they had been working around for years, including:
  • Audit Visibility — surfacing what changed, who changed it, and when, without manual research or a separate tool
  • Financial Reporting — GL history, reconciliation, and bank-ready outputs that finally match what the accounting team needs
  • Cross-System Integrated Reporting — combining data across CSD and ISM into a single reporting layer without leaving the Infor environment
  • External Data Integration — bringing outside sources like DQT directly into Birst to enrich what CSD already knows
  •  Go-Live Readiness — moving from gut-feel to data on whether CSD users are ready before the truck rolls
  • Custom Capabilities and Analytical Maturity — extending Dragon Pack to reflect each organization's unique workflows and evolving reporting needs
  • Live Access — how Birst's Live Access feature is being used in production today to deliver real-time inventory visibility inside CSD
What makes this session unique is who will be in the room. The full ADG development team — the people who actually built the solutions currently running in production — will be present and available for questions. Current Dragon Pack customers are invited to attend, see what others in the community have been achieving, and share their own experience firsthand. If you are already a subscriber, this is your chance to see the full picture of what the platform has become. If you are evaluating, there is no better room to be in.

Try Dragon Pack at TUG — Special Member Offer

• Free 2-month trial in live production — exclusively for TUG members

• Free while you are in-flight — no cost during your active CSD implementation

• Monthly subscription, always month-to-month — no long-term commitment, cancel any time

Stop by the ADG booth to sign up or speak with a member of the team in the room.

(166) Management by Objective, Operational Excellence and Smart Measurement with Grant W. Howard
Wednesday May 20, 2026 8:00am - 8:45am CDT
Many distributors operate without a clear framework for measuring performance or tracking progress toward their goals. Without proper metrics, companies drift—uncertain of their current position, destination, or whether they've arrived. In today's competitive environment, distributors must leverage metrics, measurements, and objectives to drive performance and achieve tangible results. When implemented correctly, these tools create systematic improvements in accuracy, consistency, and efficiency, ultimately strengthening profitability, enabling smart growth, and enhancing the customer experience.

Join distribution expert Grant Howard of the Grant W. Howard Company for a transformative session on using metrics, measurements, and objectives to generate real results. Grant will identify the critical metrics your company should monitor, demonstrate how to set achievable objectives, and outline proven strategies for reaching them. The discussion will cover business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, performance indicators, management by exception, and other essential tools. You'll explore practical approaches for improving your bottom line, elevating customer experience, and unlocking growth potential.

This session is platform-agnostic and valuable to all distributors, regardless of which Infor systems you use. Don't miss this high-impact opportunity to learn what it takes to move the needle and drive meaningful results in your organization.

Grant Howard is a recognized authority in the distribution industry, specializing in inventory management, operational excellence, systems optimization, and driving profits, customer satisfaction, and growth. With extensive hands-on distribution experience and service on multiple boards of directors and advisory boards, Grant brings a comprehensive perspective—from the warehouse floor to the executive suite. (501) Sales and Inventory Visibility Built Into Your Birst Environment | A Back to Birst Session
Wednesday May 20, 2026 9:15am - 9:45am CDT
Sales performance and inventory visibility are the core of distribution analytics — and they are also where the gap between what CSD contains and what managers can actually see tends to be widest. Dragon Pack Operations closes that gap inside Birst, with no additional license and no data leaving your Infor IOS environment. This session will also touch on Dragon Pack Audit — giving attendees a look at what change visibility looks like when it lives in the same environment as your operational data.

In this live demo, you will see how distribution companies are using Dragon Pack Operations and Audit to give sales teams, branch managers, and operations leaders a clear, actionable view of their business, including:

  • Sales Performance — rep-level and branch-level visibility into what is moving, what margins look like, and where performance is trending
  • Inventory Visibility — real-time stock status, movement patterns, and exception-based alerts built directly on your CSD data
  • Role-Anchored Dashboards — structured by role so managers get the answers relevant to them without needing to know how to build a report
  • Operational Exceptions — AP/AR aging, open orders, and backlog visibility surfaced in context alongside sales and inventory data
  • Branch and Regional Comparisons — side-by-side performance views that give leadership the picture across locations in a single dashboard
  • Audit Visibility — a look at how Dragon Pack Audit surfaces what changed, who changed it, and when — directly alongside your operational data and without a separate tool or license
  • Live Access — how Birst's Live Access feature delivers real-time inventory visibility directly inside CSD and what that looks like in a production environment today
We will walk through real dashboard scenarios built for distribution use cases and show how the structured design means your team spends time acting on data instead of hunting for it. If you have been waiting for a reason to open Birst every morning, this is it.

(529) The Best Just Got Better — Introducing the New AI-Enabled WebAccess
Wednesday May 20, 2026 9:15am - 9:45am CDT

Dragon Pack Activity is the new module in the Dragon Pack suite, debuting at TUG Connects 2026. The Completed Transactions Dashboard, originally developed with Graybar Canada, gives implementation leads and branch managers visibility into who is doing what inside CSD on day one. (502) GL Reporting That Matches the Board's Expectations | A Back to Birst Session
Wednesday May 20, 2026 1:15pm - 1:45pm CDT
Finance teams in distribution have historically lived with a difficult choice: build reports manually in legacy tools, invest in a separate financial analytics platform, or go without. Dragon Pack Financials is a third path — built natively inside Birst on your existing Infor license, with income statements and balance sheets that match to the penny and a full-service delivery model that gets finance teams live faster than any self-serve alternative. And increasingly, customers who have been running on-premises financial reporting solutions are finding that the cloud-native alternative they have been looking for has been inside their Infor environment all along.

In this session, Ching Cooper will walk through what financial reporting looks like when it lives inside your Birst environment — and share what a growing number of customers migrating from on-premises financial platforms are discovering when they make the switch, including:

  • GL History and Reconciliation — complete general ledger visibility with outputs that match what your accounting team and auditors expect
  • Income Statements and Balance Sheets — bank-ready financial reporting built on your CSD data, matched to the penny
  • On-Premises to Cloud Migration — how customers have moved their financial reporting out of on-premises tools and into Birst, what the transition looked like, and what they would do differently
  • Financial Platform Migration — what customers moving from other standalone financial reporting tools are experiencing, and why Dragon Pack Financials is becoming the destination of choice for CSD customers re-evaluating their analytics stack
  • Full-Service Delivery Model — provide your CSD credentials and ADG does the rest, getting your finance team live without requiring internal Birst development resources

This session is particularly relevant if your organization is currently running financial reporting in an on-premises tool and wondering what the path forward looks like. Come hear directly from the team building these solutions — and from the customers who have already made the move.

Try Dragon Pack Financials at TUG — Special Member Offer

(125) The Practical AI Stack: Agents, Skills, and Modern Workflows
Wednesday May 20, 2026 2:00pm - 2:45pm CDT
As AI moves beyond simple prompts and chatbots, organizations are beginning to assemble practical stacks of tools that allow AI to take on real work. This session explores a modern, 2026-era view of the AI stack—one example of how agents, reusable skills, prompting strategies, and workflows can work together to support everyday business processes.

Participants will see how effective prompting plays a key role in shaping reliable AI agents and skills, and how lightweight workflows can help AI operate beyond simple conversations. Coding knowledge is not a prerequisite, though light code examples may be used for illustration. The focus remains on practical understanding, application, and informed decision-making.

(601) Spark Session: What Changed, Who Changed It, and When | A Back to Birst Session
Wednesday May 20, 2026 3:00pm - 3:15pm CDT
CSD is a high-transaction environment. Pricing changes, security modifications, customer record updates — keeping up with what changed and who changed it is a real operational and compliance challenge for every distribution organization. Most teams are either manually tracking changes, relying on memory, or simply not tracking them at all. Dragon Pack Audit changes that — and it is the only solution in the CSD market that does it inside Birst, with no additional license and no data leaving your Infor IOS environment.

In this 15-minute session you will see exactly how Dragon Pack Audit works and why it has become the fastest entry point into the Dragon Pack platform for organizations of every size, including:
  • Change Tracking at Scale — what changed, who changed it, and when, surfaced instantly across your entire CSD environment
  • SASO Visibility — how distribution companies are tracking security and system object changes that previously required manual investigation
  • Exception-Based Alerts — configurable notifications that bring critical changes to the right people without requiring them to go looking
  • Audit as a Compliance Tool — how finance and operations teams are using Dragon Pack Audit to satisfy internal and external audit requirements
  • No New License Required — Dragon Pack Audit runs inside your existing Birst environment, with your data staying inside Infor IOS

Whether you are already a Birst user looking for your first Dragon Pack entry point, or a CSD administrator trying to get a handle on what is happening in your system, this session will show you what is possible in 15 minutes or less.

Try Dragon Pack Audit at TUG — Special Member Offer
  •  Free 2-month trial in live production — exclusively for TUG members
  • Free while you are in-flight — no cost during your active CSD implementation
  • Monthly subscription, always month-to-month — no long-term commitment, cancel any time
Stop by the ADG booth to sign up or speak with a member of the team in the room.

(252) Product Data That Sells: What Manufacturers Need to Provide and the 10 Attributes That Matter Most
Wednesday May 20, 2026 3:30pm - 4:15pm CDT
In today’s digital buying environment, strong product content is no longer optional, it is essential to helping customers find, evaluate, and confidently purchase products. But for many organizations, the challenge starts upstream: manufacturers are not always sure what data distributors need, and distributors are often left trying to build compelling product experiences from incomplete or inconsistent information.

This session connects both sides of that challenge. We will break down the product data manufacturers need to provide in order to support distributor success, while also highlighting the 10 key product attributes that most directly influence online buying decisions. From core specifications and descriptive content to digital assets, compliance details, and enriched attributes, attendees will gain a practical framework for what “good” product data really looks like and why it matters.

Whether you are a manufacturer looking to better support your channel partners or a distributor trying to improve product listings and conversion, this session will provide clear, actionable guidance for building a stronger product data foundation. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the information required to sell more effectively, reduce friction in the buying process, and create product content that performs across digital channels.

(232) Taking Site Search to the Next Level
Thursday May 21, 2026 10:00am - 10:45am CDT
Search is often the first thing customers reach for and the last thing businesses think to optimize. Yet for distributors and manufacturers with complex, expansive catalogs, site search isn't just a convenience feature — it's one of the most powerful drivers of conversion, customer satisfaction, and revenue. This session explores what separates a frustrating search experience from one that feels almost effortless.

We'll go beyond basic keyword matching to examine the capabilities that modern buyers expect: intelligent autocomplete, synonym handling, attribute-based filtering, relevancy tuning, and the ability to surface the right product even when a customer doesn't know exactly what to search for. We'll also look at how behavioral data, search analytics, and AI-powered tools are raising the bar for what "good" site search looks like — and how organizations can use that intelligence to continuously improve results over time.

Whether your current search functionality is letting customers down or you're ready to unlock the next tier of performance, this session will give you a clear picture of where to focus your investment and how to measure success.

(256) Vendor Inventory Feeds 2.0: Integrating Supplier Data into ERP & eCommerce
Thursday May 21, 2026 11:15am - 12:00pm CDT
Real-time inventory visibility is no longer a competitive advantage — it's a baseline expectation. Yet for many distributors and resellers, integrating supplier inventory feeds into ERP systems and eCommerce platforms remains a tangled web of inconsistent formats, unreliable data, and manual workarounds. This session takes a hard look at where vendor inventory integration stands today and what it takes to get it right.

We'll move beyond the basics and explore next-generation approaches to ingesting, normalizing, and syncing supplier data across your tech stack — from automating feed processing and handling format variability to managing update frequency, error reconciliation, and inventory accuracy at scale. Real-world examples will illustrate how organizations are eliminating the gaps between what suppliers provide and what your systems and customers actually need.

Attendees will walk away with a practical framework for evaluating their current integration maturity, identifying the most common failure points, and building a more resilient, automated supplier data pipeline — one that powers both operational efficiency and a better online buying experience.
