(286) Managing Inbound EDI Acknowledgements: EDI 855
Thursday May 21, 2026 8:00am - 8:45am CDT
Welcome to ETCC 855: Purchase Order Acknowledgement Sleuthing.

In this class, we turn into professional fact-checkers for incoming purchase order acknowledgements. Just because it’s written down doesn’t mean it’s right — and that’s where ETCC comes in.

We’ll review acknowledgements with a sharp eye and a healthy dose of skepticism:

- Do the due dates make sense, or are we being asked to time travel?
- Did the vendor acknowledge a different item… has the item been superseded?
- Did the vendor change the pricing… new pricing in effect, or pricing deals have expired

You’ll learn how to spot purchase order errors before they snowball, verify critical details, and decide when to accept what’s to be delivered — and when it’s time to push back. By the end, you’ll be confidently reviewing acknowledgements like a pro, catching the small mistakes that make a big difference.

Thursday May 21, 2026 9:25am - 9:40am CDT
Why that symmetry is your biggest Customer Experience opportunity and why AI is the only solution that can fix both sides at once
In every other transaction, your operational pain is invisible to your customer. For example, they order how they want and you absorb the friction. Returns break that pattern: for the first time the pain is mutual, which makes automation not just an efficiency play but a direct competitive weapon. This session shows how AI is closing both gaps simultaneously.

(232) Taking Site Search to the Next Level
Thursday May 21, 2026 10:00am - 10:45am CDT
Search is often the first thing customers reach for and the last thing businesses think to optimize. Yet for distributors and manufacturers with complex, expansive catalogs, site search isn't just a convenience feature — it's one of the most powerful drivers of conversion, customer satisfaction, and revenue. This session explores what separates a frustrating search experience from one that feels almost effortless.

We'll go beyond basic keyword matching to examine the capabilities that modern buyers expect: intelligent autocomplete, synonym handling, attribute-based filtering, relevancy tuning, and the ability to surface the right product even when a customer doesn't know exactly what to search for. We'll also look at how behavioral data, search analytics, and AI-powered tools are raising the bar for what "good" site search looks like — and how organizations can use that intelligence to continuously improve results over time.

Whether your current search functionality is letting customers down or you're ready to unlock the next tier of performance, this session will give you a clear picture of where to focus your investment and how to measure success.

(344) Extensions to CSD — Java with the Aid of AI: Building Smarter, Faster, and Cleaner
Thursday May 21, 2026 10:00am - 10:45am CDT
With the October release of CloudSuite Distribution (CSD), the Extension Administration module got a major upgrade — introducing an AI-powered code reviewer to help developers follow Infor’s best practices. But that raises an even bigger question: If AI can review your code... can it write your extension in the first place?

In this interactive session, we’ll put that question to the test. Join Steve McEnany, TUG Board Member and SVP of Marketing & Technology at Midwest Wheel Companies, for a live demonstration of how ChatGPT 5 Plus can be used to concept, generate, and refine a working extension in CSD using Java and Infor’s extension framework. We’ll walk through real-world business logic (not just “Hello World”) and use the new Infor AI Code Reviewer to validate and improve it — creating a production-ready enhancement right before your eyes.

Whether you’re an experienced extension developer or just exploring how AI can accelerate development, you’ll leave this session with practical examples, workflow tips, and the confidence to leverage AI in your own CSD customization projects.

(360) Using ETCC to manage EDI orders
Thursday May 21, 2026 10:00am - 10:45am CDT
Welcome to ETCC 101: The Last Line of Defense Before Chaos.

In this class, we play bouncer (maybe crossing guard?) for incoming orders. Every order wants in — not every order should get in. Using ETCC, we double-check the essentials:

- Are the prices actually correct, or did someone accidentally order a $3,000 stapler?
- Are the products real and sensible, or did the system just invent a new item?
- Does the address exist, or are we shipping to a cornfield?

You’ll learn how to review, question, and politely distrust everything that arrives. When something looks right, you approve it with confidence. When it doesn’t, you reject it like a seasoned professional (and maybe save the company from a very awkward phone call). By the end, you’ll be fluent in spotting problems before they become problems — because the best customer issue is the one that never ships.

(348) How to create and use M3 No Code APIs
Thursday May 21, 2026 10:00am - 10:45am CDT
APIs lie at the heart of the M3 system, allowing you to update and retrieve information directly in the application. But what happens if there is no prebuilt API that will retrieve the information that you need? Fortunately, Infor has provided tooling that will allow you to create custom list APIs that allow you to choose the information you want and how it is selected. This session will cover how to create and use the EXPORTMI, MDBREADMI and CMS100MI custom APIs. Once created these APIs can be used anywhere that a standard M3 API can be used, such as Experience Designer, Workflows, etc. This session will give you to tools and knowledge needed to build and use no-code APIs.

After this session you will be able to:
1. List the programs and tools that are used in the process of creating no-code APIs
2. Describe how and when to create and use no-code APIs
3. Develop basic no-code APIs

This session will not cover how to use these APIs in a specific scenario, but rather how to create the APIs and make them accessible.

(256) Vendor Inventory Feeds 2.0: Integrating Supplier Data into ERP & eCommerce
Thursday May 21, 2026 11:15am - 12:00pm CDT
Real-time inventory visibility is no longer a competitive advantage — it's a baseline expectation. Yet for many distributors and resellers, integrating supplier inventory feeds into ERP systems and eCommerce platforms remains a tangled web of inconsistent formats, unreliable data, and manual workarounds. This session takes a hard look at where vendor inventory integration stands today and what it takes to get it right.

We'll move beyond the basics and explore next-generation approaches to ingesting, normalizing, and syncing supplier data across your tech stack — from automating feed processing and handling format variability to managing update frequency, error reconciliation, and inventory accuracy at scale. Real-world examples will illustrate how organizations are eliminating the gaps between what suppliers provide and what your systems and customers actually need.

Attendees will walk away with a practical framework for evaluating their current integration maturity, identifying the most common failure points, and building a more resilient, automated supplier data pipeline — one that powers both operational efficiency and a better online buying experience.
